Just got my bridge done on my bottom teeth. Process started in October 2025 and was completed at end of January. From start to finish the process was amazing. From explaining exactly what was going to happen. To the initial preparation work, and the first temporary. The healing process and final fitting. The staff were awesome and just as excited as me to see the finished result. I could not be happier with the result and would recommend the whole team from reception, hygienist and dental staff.

I’ve suffered from dentaphobia (intense, irrational fear resulting from traumatic experience) my whole life, and finding Dr. Sam’s practice has been nothing short of life changing. All the staff treated me with patience and compassion — they never rushed me, fully understanding my fears. During treatment Dr. Sam was incredibly gentle, constantly checked in on my comfort, and used calming language that helped me stay grounded. I left my first visit feeling proud of myself and hopeful about future dental care. If you’re terrified of the dentist like I am, this team will help you get the care you need with dignity and kindness — I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Nobody loves going to the dentist, but the staff here make the experience as good as possible. Brie is one of the best dental hygienists you could have. She is caring and makes sure your comfort comes first. I highly recommend Brie and Brantford Mall Dental.

The staff at this dental office are very kind and professional. They're personable, calming, and gentle! They are very good at what they do. They make appointments fun for my young daughter, explaining scans and equipment, and keeping in fun conversation with her. They ease my tension during my appointment by giving me updates and explanations along the way while constantly checking in on my comfort level. The office provides funny animal videos on the overhead television screens which we find to be a cute distraction. From the front door to the procedure chair, I would highly recommend this office!

This place is where its at for kindness & comfort and high-quality Dental care!!! Everyone is friendly and professional. Rebecca is exceptionally gentle & thorough and Dr.Sam is so kind & extremely gentle also. You can feel the positive energy here in this office as soon as you step in. Very refreshing as I always experience a little anxiety 😅 visiting the dentist, not anymore, I have found my dental home. Thank you, heavily recommend.
