Been coming here since I was young. They always make me feel welcomed and that they care about me. Very easy to work with. They always make your visit as enjoyable as visiting the dentist can be! Don't think I have had a bad experience because of there work!

I had an excellent experience at Brantford Mall Dental. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The dentists are thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience.

Laurie is always so happy and helpful at the front desk. If you are not sure of what your benefits cover, she doesn’t hesitate to assist you and help find information. The hygienists are always so patient and understanding during the appointments. Maryann is such a phenomenal dentist and you never, ever feel the needles! Such a gentle hand. I highly recommend this office and staff. You will not be disappointed.

Amazingly friendly ladies at the front desk! Dr. Taylor did my teeth cleaning the first day, she was very kind and gentle. I needed restoration on 3 of my teeth and Dr. Maria was so sweet always made sure I felt comfortable and pain free during the procedure!
Highly recommend everyone there!!!

The staff at this dental office are very kind and professional. They're personable, calming, and gentle! They are very good at what they do. They make appointments fun for my young daughter, explaining scans and equipment, and keeping in fun conversation with her. They ease my tension during my appointment by giving me updates and explanations along the way while constantly checking in on my comfort level. The office provides funny animal videos on the overhead television screens which we find to be a cute distraction.
From the front door to the procedure chair, I would highly recommend this office!
